“Leap of Faith: A Conversation with Queen Noor”

Queen Noor is an outspoken voice on issues of global exchange and understanding. An international public servant, her peace-building advocacy focuses on the promotion of conflict prevention, resolution and recovery on national, global and local levels. By integrating the topics of gender, poverty and socio-economic diversity, she seeks overcoming separateness and the idea of “other.”

The discussion will be moderated by 2011-12 UC Irvine XIV Dalai Lama Scholar Armaan Ahmed Rowther following a special welcome by UCI Chancellor Michael V. Drake and Center for Living Peace founder Kelly Thornton Smith.

Tickets are presently sold out.

Reserved tickets will be available for pick up at the check-in table on the evening of May 2.
